(A)  I-65 and I-165 South, take the Downtown Mobile exit (Preffered Route).
From I-65 take the I-165/Downtown Mobile exit.  I-165 ends at the Henry Aaron Loop.  Stay straight.  This is Water Street. Go a half dozen blocks to the foot of Government Street.  The Convention center will be on the left, with overhead walkway to the Adam's Mark Hotel over on right side of street. Turn  right onto Government Street.  Go 9 blocks.    2 doors past large Broad Street intersection,  910 Government Street is on the right, just before Compass Bank, in the historic Roberts-Taylor-Isbell House, an antebellum Greek Revival period museum. 
 

OR:  (B) At the foot of I-165,, turn right onto Henry Aaron Loop.
Henry Aaron Loop curves west/southwest until 90 degrees later you find yourself at Broad Street. At the ninth traffic light since entering the Hank Aaron Loop, turn right onto Government Street.    2 doors from the large Broad/Government intersection,  910 Government Street is on the right, just before Compass Bank, in the historic Roberts-Taylor-Isbell House, an antebellum Greek Revival period museum.
